Indexes on the Bucharest Stock Exchange remain still at day-end, the composite index inches 0.15 percent

The Bucharest Stock Exchange (BSE) reported mild increases on most indexes, of up to 0.62 percent on the SIF sector, while the power index slipped insignificantly, following the uncertain evolutions of the European capital markets.

Deals amounted to 17.48 million lei, versus 11.64 million lei in the previous session.

The BET index reflecting the evolution of the ten best companies on BSE rose 0.45 percent to 4,669.54 and the BET-C composite index assessing all listed shares minus financial companies inched 0.15 percent to 2,837.34. 

The BET-FI index of the five financial companies SIF climbed 0.62 percent to 23,627.73 and the ROTX index for trading blue-chips in Vienna grew 0.55 percent to 9,864.40. 

The BET-XT index of the 25 most liquid companies soared 0.50 percent to 462.52, while the BET-NG index showing the evolution of the power market slipped 0.14 percent to 621.97. 

Shares of Romania's second lender by assets BRD SocGen (BRD) were the most liquid on Tuesday and idled at 12.90 lei, while those of Banca Transilvania (TLV) hiked 2.84 percent to 1.81 lei, reaching this year's peak. 

SIF Oltenia (SIF5) swelled 0.85 percent to 1.19 lei and SIF Moldova (SIF2) decreased 0.93 percent to 1.07 lei.
