The National Securities Commission (CNVM) approved the exit from the Bucharest Stock Exchange of paint maker Policolor starting with April 6 after withdrawals of minority shareholders came to an end.

CNVM suspended the stock from trading at the end of last year as the company wanted to leave the market after it was purchased by three funds from Cyprus.

Policolor is 49.29 percent controlled by the Romanian Investment Fund Ltd., 40 percent by RC2 Limited and 10.70 percent by Romanian Reconstruction Limited.

The last trading price of the stock was 4.28 lei at the exchange rate session in December 22 when the company’s capitalization stood at 304.98 million lei.
